Information Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

1. Data controller

2. Data processed
Through the waiting list form: your email address, chosen language, consent statement and sign-up time. The site uses no cookies. The hosting provider may keep technical connection logs, such as IP addresses, for a short time to serve and secure the site.
3. Purpose
Your email address is processed only to announce the WellDonePard closed beta and public launch to you. It is not added to marketing lists and is not sold to third parties.
4. Legal basis and collection method
Data is collected electronically through the form on the website, based on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox (KVKK Art. 5/1).
5. Transfers
Data is stored on the servers of our infrastructure providers: database Supabase (European Union, Frankfurt region) and site hosting Vercel. Because these servers are located outside Turkey, your data is transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK Art. 9; the transfer relies on your explicit consent given in the form and on our contracts with these providers. Data is not shared with anyone else except where required by law.
6. Retention
Your email address is kept for at most 6 months after the public launch announcement, or until you withdraw your consent, and is then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to recipients, to object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.
